Slow Cooker Italian Beef Recipe
Hearty and tender, this slow-cooked beef roast simmers in savory broth, zesty Italian dressing, and tangy pepperoncini for a flavor-packed meal. After hours in the slow cooker, it’s melt-in-your-mouth delicious and effortless to prepare.

Ingredients:
2-3 lbs. bottom round beef roast (lean, fat trimmed)
1 cup fat-free beef stock
¼ cup Walden Farms Italian Dressing
2 cups pepperoncini peppers, sliced
Directions:
Place roast into slow cooker.
Mix beef broth, Italian dressing, and pepperoncini into a bowl and mix together.
Add mixture into slow cooker.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours or until roast is fork tender.
