HOW IT WORKS

Four steps. Two rewards.

Think of someone.

A colleague, a peer from a conference, a practice owner who'd be a great fit for the Protocol — someone who isn't already talking to us.

Make the introduction.

Submit their name through the referral form before they reach out to us — that’s how we know the referral came from you. Your part ends there. Our team handles the conversations, the details and the onboarding.

They open.

When your referral signs their agreement and places their opening order, you receive a $500 product credit on your next order

They succeed.

When that clinic is still active six months later, you receive an additional $1,000 product credit — $1,500 total per successful referral.

Program conditions

  • Up to 5 rewarded referrals per clinic per calendar year.

  • The referral must be named before the prospect contacts us. People already in our pipeline don't qualify.

  • The second credit pays only if the new clinic is still active at six months, defined as 100+ monthly box count.

  • Credits apply to product orders. Non-transferable, no cash value.
