I had my son, my weight ballooned to 228 pounds. After working
out at the gym five days a week for a year and a half, I lost
just 35 pounds. I had reached a plateau and had about 30 pounds
left to lose. When I first heard about the Ideal Protein diet,
I was sceptical because I’m not a diet kind of person.
I can't stay on them and always crash. But I figured ‘hey,
what the heck, I’ll give it a try’.
My Ideal Protein consultant, Marlene, told me that I weighed
193.5 pounds. I was so upset that I decided to go on the diet.
The first 3 to 4 days were horrible. I had headaches due to
a lack of caffeine (before going on the diet I drank five
cans of pop a day) and found it hard to go without my potatoes
and hamburgers, but I was determined. After the first week,
I went back for a second consultation and discovered that
I had lost 11 pounds. I couldn't believe it. I’ve lost
17 pounds so far and feel great. The change in diet was good
for my whole family. My boyfriend is amazed; he tells me all
the time how good I look and that he’s proud of me.
That alone speaks for itself. I enjoy feeling better and thanks
to the Ideal Protein diet I’m eating healthier, feeling
better and looking great!
